Eagles!!!

For Christmas I got Scott concert tickets to the Eagles. He was so excited and anxious for this day to come. He kept smiling and giving me hugs the whole drive. Even after the concert was over. We were allowed to take pictures so thats why these are pretty blurry. Had to get them quick while the usher wasn't looking.

Happy 13th Birthday Austin!!!

Austin wanted to have his birthday party at a skate park that him and his friend Chris had been to a few weeks ago. They had such a blast he just had to have it there. It was pretty crowded but they made it work.
 Chris (Love his face)
 Jordan
 Ryan
 Joey
 Tyler
 Hunter
 Austin
 Seth
They took a break from scootering and played some football. Didn't last long since they wanted to get back to the scooters
I'd say he had a blast again. He was all smiles pretty much all day.
While the boys rode around Scott and the girls kept busy playing some basketball
My friend Kristi made Austin's cake. He was pretty happy when he saw it. His friends were all impressed with it. They had fun putting water in their mouth when they were finished eating the black fondant and spitting out purple water.

Mormon Island at Folsom Lake

This is so sad. Our favorite lake we like to go boating in is so low right now due to no rain or snow this winter.  Since the lake is so low, Mormon Island is visible and we went exploring.

Some parts of the foundations to the building are still  up.

Don't know what the tires are from but the boys had fun climbing on them

 An old pipe
 Just an old log
 Family shadows
Here's a bunch of old rusty hardware that the rangers found when the water levels dropped. They set them on the tree stumps so people can come and take a look at them

This was part of the foundation for the dairy
The ramp they led the cows up and down to bring them in and out of the dairy
 Another old pipe
 Some old bricks

What's left of one of the walls
Not sure if this is left from the people who once lived here but it looks pretty old
